There are not enough words to express how grateful we are to have worked with Jeni and Mauna Wedding Creative to execute our perfect wedding! We started working with Jeni shortly after we got engaged and she was on top of everything right after our very first call.

She made everything feel so easy and the experience was truly stress free. Jeni's knowledge of Maui, the vendors, and weddings in general made everything seamless and fun! Planning a destination wedding can be scary, as we had only seen the property once - planning from afar removes you from being able to see every detail come to life but we were truly blown away when everything came to fruition during our wedding week.

It exceeded our expectations and I can't recommend working with Jeni and the Maui Wedding Creative team more.

My daughter and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner than Jeni! From the start, she was incredibly competent and always had everything under control, which made our wedding planning process stress-free and enjoyable. When Caroline and I were unnecessarily worried about details (too early in the process for the most part), Jeni reassured us that we were ahead of the game and going to be fine.

The wedding was in Maui, which was a destination for us and all of our guests. Jeni’s expertise and contacts were absolutely invaluable. She found us the absolute best vendors for all of our needs.When the weather didn't quite cooperate and we had to make the hard decision to change the venue for the welcome party from the gorgeous oceanfront location that was Caroline's dream, Jeni reassured us the new venue would be perfect. She was right. She and her team, along with the staff at the Ritz Carlton and our amazing florist, transformed what could have been a corporate looking event space into a tropical paradise. And they did this all on the day of - within a few hours!

Jeni remained calm in every situation and handled everything with grace.Her creativity shone through in the beautiful details and thoughtful touches she incorporated into our weekend. She truly listened to my daughter's vision and brought it to life in a way we never could have imagined. Beyond her skills, Jeni was so supportive and made us feel at ease throughout the entire journey. It felt more like working with a friend than a planner.

Her organizational prowess and excellent communication skills were a lifesaver, especially for someone like me, who can quickly feel overwhelmed by the numerous contracts and details. Her positive energy and the clear expectations she set with each vendor ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Her book of partners and vendors forms an unstoppable team built for success. As a person who likes to know what is going on, her organization extends into highly organized files, and as the groom, I loved the spreadsheets!

On the day of the event, I had zero issues. Everything went so smoothly, and I had such a good time, though I am sure she was fighting all the fires in the background. Her calm and professional demeanor ensured everything went according to plan, making our wedding day flawless.

Our kiddos also had a fabulous time getting to know her throughout the event. I felt terrible that I couldn't hang out with her any longer. She will always be a part of our special day, and we hope to see her again soon. Few people have such a talent!

One of the greatest joys we had throughout the process of planning a wedding was meeting Jennifer. Looking back we really don't know how we would've planned our wedding without her.

As a planner Jennifer is well respected and loved by colleagues and partners. She's also organized, responsive, accountable, and inspiring. She is full of ideas and inspiration whenever you need a thoughtful partner along your planning journey.

Even more, she's an incredibly thoughtful and caring person. She was there every step of the way checking in on me and my husband and making sure we were happy, feeling good, and able to enjoy the very special time of planning a wedding.

Jennifer and Mauna truly blew our minds away with how special a wedding could be. With them in our corner we were able to really be present throughout our wedding weekend and enjoy every minute of it. Our wedding day was by far the most special day of our lives! Thank you Jennifer and team for your efforts to make the day memorable.  Our wedding day was not an easy one to coordinate - but Jennifer listened to all my creative ideas. Not to mention she may be the best support woman there is - exactly what you want on the big day! It's a big pleasure to gain a friend through the process.

We loved our experience with Jennifer at Mauna Creative! I look back on our wedding and truly cannot think of anything I'd change or do differently. It was a DREAM, all made possible by her. She really does guide you through the planning process and calm your nerves. Take it from me to trust the process and trust her because in the end, everything will be absolutely perfect!

Jennifer is quite simply an exceptional human being. From the very beginning of our communication, she went above and beyond to share her knowledge and wisdom. It felt like her priority was to be as helpful as possible. Full stop. Whatever we needed.  And my fiance and I weren't easy! We wanted something really specific for our wedding but we had absolutely no idea about the "how". Jennifer talked me through multiple moments of decision anxiety with patience, empathy, and positivity. She was always a text or a phone call away.

Jennifer took time to meet us in Maui and went out of her way to show us the ins and outs of the main venue option. (I left that meeting wanting to just grab a drink with her, she is so sweet!). Jennnifer's kindness and remarkable grace went above and beyond.  Jennifer's humanity and love shine through her professionalism. She is a woman I would want by my side the day of my wedding. She is a woman who I believe would be right there with a pep talk or a hug. There's nothing but good energy when it comes to Jennifer. She is a gem, and I am grateful to have met her.
